The Pre-Visit
Welcome, I am so excited that you have found your new curl home! I want to make sure you have the best experience right from the start.

First, choose the service that you would like to come in for. All booking is done online at your convenience, 24/7 through the system I use called, Vagaro. You will need to do a quick sign up and make a profile for yourself so you can book seamlessly, everytime.
​
Next, you will book your desired service. You will get sent a confirmation email shortly after with the date/time. 72 hours before you will receive an email with all of the FAQ (including a phone number, parking etc) before coming for your visit.
​
Please come in with your curls down, detangled, and with minimal product so I can accurately cut your natural curl pattern.
Finally, you will get excited about your upcoming appointment!
The Consultation
This is where the fun begins! We will go through an in depth consultation going over all of the things, including the not so nice past things you may have experienced! We will get on the same page and have a better idea of your dream hair, give you a maintenance plan, and also go over styling to help you achieve that dream hair you're looking for!

Please feel free to bring in inspiration pictures with you as well as a book or a beverage. There is yummy snacks, and beverages offered in the suite for you too as well! Your time in my chair is reserved for you, so spend that however you would like!

If you are unsure of your schedule and don't get on the books before you leave, online booking is always available. You are also more than welcome to pre-book your next appointment before leaving as well.
You will receive a follow up email the next day to make sure everything still feels great. If you have any questions/concerns you are always free to reach me at my email.

Please give yourself grace at home when you're trying out all of the new education and products we went over. It takes a bit of time, practice, and patience off the start!
