Welcome to my Home-Based Curl Boutique, beautiful!

My name is Kimberley Winterhalt. I am a Journeyman Hairstylist, Curly Hair Artist, and small business owner in the community of Lashburn. 

I started my career in the hair industry in 2012 and have learned a lot along the way. During my journey, I quickly realized the need for someone to help with curly hair but also make it manageable for all of the busy women out there. I am proud to be one of the first stylists to dedicate  my craft to curly hair services in the Lloydminster area.

I have always loved doing hair and I found my love for curly hair when I started working on my own hair in college and I know and understand the struggle and frustration that comes with it. I have designed my boutique space as a place for you to relax, unwind, and have you feeling your absolute best when you head back into everyday life.

​

My services include working with all textures from straight to curly. In college we are taught primarily on straight hair, so I started my own mission to educate myself on curly hair as well. I take great pride in the education I have taken to better your experience and I am always looking forward to taking more!

While most stylists offer most services, I focus on my role as a hairstylist differently. I work with you one on one to educate you through products, techniques, and show your how to realistically work with your hair at home. I have spent my time, money, and energy investing and travelling for education, so you do not have to walk this journey alone! The curly courses that I am trained/certified in  include Redken, Devacurl, Innersense, Curly Hair Artistry, and Forever Curls Academy training.

When I'm not behind the chair or working on my business, I enjoy relaxing at home with my family and furbabies. I love a good Netflix binge. I have a bit of a sweet tooth and I love Christmas! I'm also a person who loves the adventure in travelling, but I can always go for a good read on a beach with the sand between my toes.

I'm also a huge Disney fanatic, so if you're ever wondering about taking your family to Disney, I'm the girl to ask!
