Policies
CANCELLATION/LATE/NO-SHOW POLICY: Tousled Curl Boutique understands that there are uncontrollable circumstances that occur at the last minute. However, I do require a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of any cancellation for any non-emergency reason. If less than 24 hours is given, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked appointment from that day which will be required in order to book another appointment in the future.
Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, or "no show," we will have to reschedule your service and a late fee/no show fee of 50% of your appointment from that day will be applied in order to book another.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: At Tousled Curl Boutique, I want to make sure that you love the products/services that are provided. Tousled does not offer refunds on services or products. Products can be exchanged for something else of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase. If an edit is needed, I kindly require no longer than 3 business days to be notified and will adjust it free of charge according to what was discussed in the previous consultation. Note: Any hair edits that occur outside of Tousled Curl Boutique after a service through me (whether that be trying to adjust your hair yourself or from another person/salon) will become void.

BOOKING POLICY: Tousled offers a variety of services. For information about services, please refer to the Service Menu where there will be a breakdown of each service offered.
Please note, I am a one woman business. I run my business virtually through my online booking system for appointments. You may cancel or change an appointment online.

When arriving for a curly cut, it is important that your hair is down in its naturally curly/wavy pattern, dry & detangled with no clips, or buns. You may use your regular product. If the hair is in an improper state, we will have to reschedule and I will not be able to move ahead with the service.
NOTE: No guests/children are permitted in Tousled Curl Boutique unless they are receiving a service.
